WELCOME HOME
Forest Hills is a diverse, family-friendly community of couples with children, students, single-parent families, and retirees. Our 306 members live in townhouses clustered on 27 rolling acres on the southeast side of Ann Arbor. We have 20 acres of lawn and several play areas, including a 6-acre open section commonly referred to as "the bowl" which features a state-of-the-art playground, built to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities.
Our children love playing in these safe, spacious areas, and, depending on the weather, you'll see Forest Hills kids sledding, running through sprinklers, and enjoying impromptu games of football, baseball, and soccer with neighbors. And with so much space in our play areas, you'll have to take a little walk if you want to hear their excited giggles.
Members also enjoy regular bus service from Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan. Washtenaw Community College, Cleary College, and Eastern Michigan University are also accessible by bus. Downtown Detroit is just forty minutes by car, and 60 minutes by train. Our public schools include Bryant Elementary, Tappan Middle, and Pioneer High School. We are also within a 5-minute drive of several shopping centers, a post office, and a library.
Forest Hills offers families a safe, affordable, and beautifully maintained place to call home. Come see for yourself! We're located at 2351 Shadowood Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108
