Forest Hills Cooperative is a community of shareholders. And, unlike in a rental community, every Forest Hills member bears responsibility for its upkeep. Members are expected to keep both the exteriors and interiors of their units clean, presentable, and properly maintained. Our maintenance staff is responsible for keeping units, appliances, and utilities functional and safe.

Our staff also works hard to perform repairs and services for individual members when problems arise. If the problem is determined to be inevitable —the result of either defect or normal aging—members are not charged for the service they receive. If, however, a problem is caused by a member's negligence or misuse, a charge is assigned for the service. This charge will include the cost of any parts or items that must be replaced, as well as for labor costs, which are currently $35 per hour.

  • Sunday: Closed
