NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Ann Arbor is reviewing an application as it relates to City Ordinances and Plans. A staff report will be prepared which will include analysis, findings, and a recommendation for actions, and will be available after 3:00 p.m. on the Friday before the hearing date.

If you would like to provide written comments that will be made available to the Planning Commission, they must be provided to City Planning Staff by noon on the day of the Public Hearing.
A public hearing for the following request will be held by the Ann Arbor City Planning Commission on:

2385 East Ellsworth Road Site Plan and Special Exception Use for Planning Commission Approval - Proposed Site Plan to redevelop the existing one-story building into a marijuana provisioning center/marijuana retailer, including rearranging and improving the parking lot, providing conflicting land use buffer, and installing an enclosure for solid waste/recycling facilities. Request to revise an approved Special Exception Use to allow the approved marijuana provisioning center/marijuana retailer to be located in the existing building rather than a new building on this 0.46-acre site .
This notice is being provided to property within 300feet of the owners, occupants, and registered neighborhood associations within 300 feet of this proposal.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting may be held either physically or electronically, which will be noted on the agenda for this meeting when it is published at https://a2gov.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx .
