Effective December 31, 2020, the waiting list for co-op membership will be closed due to the extensive wait time for a townhome, at this time. We will not accept applications after January 1, 2021. Please know we will continue to monitor the waiting list, and we will reopen it once the waiting time becomes more reasonable. Please keep checking back to our website for updates.
